1 20,000 Delta SkyMiles (5,000 of which count as Medallion® Qualification Miles) will be awarded after your first purchase on the Platinum Delta SkyMiles Credit Card in the increments of 15,000 as a Welcome Bonus and 5,000 for this special offer. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks after your first purchase for the bonus miles to appear in your Delta SkyMiles account. Upgrades from a classic Delta SkyMiles Credit Card to a Platinum Delta SkyMiles® Credit Card will receive 15,000 Delta SkyMiles (5,000 of which count as Medallion® Qualification Miles). Upgrades from a Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card to a Platinum Delta SkyMiles® Credit Card will receive 10,000 Delta SkyMiles (5,000 of which also count as Medallion Qualification Miles ). This offer is valid for first-time Delta SkyMiles Cardmembers only. If you already have or had any other Delta SkyMiles Credit Card from American Express Account(s), you are eligible to receive only the incremental difference between the Welcome Bonus miles offered herein and the amount offered with such other Account(s). 2 2,500 bonus miles will be awarded to your Delta SkyMiles account for each approved Additional Card submitted with this application, up to a maximum of 2,500 bonus miles. Bonus miles will be posted to your account 8-12 weeks after each Card application is approved.

3 Companion certificate valid for one round-trip Coach Class companion ticket with the purchase of certain adult round-trip fares on published routings within the 48 contiguous United States. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska must originate from there to the 48 contiguous United States. Both passengers must be booked on the same flights and dates, at the same time. Additional taxes and fees apply, are the responsibility of the passenger and must be paid at the time the primary ticket is purchased and the companion ticket is issued. All fare rules, restrictions, advance purchase requirements, and availability are per rule of primary ticket fare purchased. Seats available at most fares are limited and may not be available on all flights. Companion tickets are not transferable once issued. Primary Ticket and Companion Ticket must be purchased with your Platinum Delta SkyMiles® Credit Card. Both passengers must be booked on the same flights and dates, at the same time. Companion Certificates valid for 12 months from certificate issue date. All travel must be completed one year from certificate issue date. 4 Bonus miles will be posted to your Delta SkyMiles account 8 to 12 weeks after the end of each month. To be eligible to receive bonus miles, Cardmember's account must be active and not in default at time of bonus fulfillment. Balance transfers, Express Cash, Cash Advances, U.S. Savings Bonds transactions, American Express® Travelers Cheques and Gift Cheques do not earn miles.

5 Always Double Miles® offer applies at qualifying stand-alone supermarkets, drugstores, gas stations, home improvement and hardware stores, on qualifying purchases at the U.S. Postal Service, on wireless phone bill payments, and qualifying Delta purchases. Offer applies for U.S. transactions only. Not valid in the departments of superstores or warehouse clubs. To pay your wireless phone bill automatically using your Delta SkyMiles Credit Card, please call your wireless service provider. Offer applies to qualifying Delta or Delta Connection® carrier and Delta Shuttle® flights taken with the purchase of a fare that is eligible for SkyMiles mileage credit. Offer applies to Delta Vacations® packages but not other all-inclusive packages. In each year of Cardmembership, your miles are limited to $ 60,000 of eligible spending ($ 100,000 for Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardmembers, unlimited for Platinum Delta SkyMiles® Credit Cardmembers) not including bonuses.
